Item data, which is used in the merchandise (inventory) management, can also be used in the web shop. Incoming web shop orders can be saved in the system simultaneously, they do not have to be entered separately.
Portal
Beyond the web shop, with myfactory.B2B you can set up an entire company portal.
In addition to the simple presentation of information, you also have the option to present specific data on the home page which is stored in the company data base. Customers can therefore, track their own service processes or open items.
Data can be recorded directly through the portal. Contact enquiries are automatically saved as addresses, sales representatives can track potential orders and call centres can enter contact information directly into the system.
