Services

Long lasting high performance and disposability can be ensured by the regular service of an IT system.  We provide our clients with four maintenance  modules which can be individually combined in order to meet your specific needs.

These modules are based on the „software maintenance“  which is made up of our products myfactory, EDIfact, BROA, antivirus software, and numerous ambicon.modules.  You, the user, benefit from continual product maintenance and development of our individual software components.  We also provide an Update-Service- in other words we take over the installation of all service packs and program versions.

"User Support”  supports our clients  during their day to day business, by  for example, answering any questions  and making any minor adjustments.

"Hotlinesupport" (in terms of 2nd level application support) assures prompt and qualified  assistance when a problem arises.  The “Hotlinesupport" package is flexible in its design and is customized in terms of availability and reaction times. All in all a package that meets your individual needs.

A complete "All round worry-free service” can be agreed on for  the entire operating system of the computer system.  Complex data processing systems can be influenced and affected by various factors during operation, such as  growing data bases or release changes of the basis system (Data bank, Application server…).  These changes may, in turn, have negative effects on the operating system- our “worry-free” concept prevents such unpleasant surprises.
We can draw up a status report regarding the IT system through the evaluation of log files and the regular monitoring of the data bases (memory capacity, indexes…) which serves as a basis for the required measures to be taken.
